AI Trust Pack Terms

AI Trust Pack is supplied by Navigator Technology, ABN 86 318 423 453, Queensland, Australia. Navigator Technology and Navigator Consulting are registered business names of the same ABN, so your card statement reads NAVIGATOR* TRUSTPACK and your tax invoice names Navigator Consulting. These terms cover the self-service AI Trust Pack and its free screening. Separately commissioned consulting work is covered by our consulting terms and an agreed engagement.

Contact support@navigatorconsulting.com.au for purchase, delivery, refund or support enquiries. We aim to reply within two business days, Queensland time.

The free screening uses 12 self-reported answers to provide an initial score and findings. You do not need to buy the pack to use the screening.

The paid pack uses a detailed 36-question assessment, organisation context and the AI systems you list to produce six documents for the one organisation named in the assessment:

• Executive report (PDF).
• AI policy (Word).
• AI register (Excel).
• Data handling matrix (Excel).
• Incident procedure (Word).
• Draft assurance statement (Word).

The files are delivered together as a ZIP download. You need software that can open PDF, DOCX and XLSX files, and a way to extract a ZIP archive. The purchase does not include consulting sessions, implementation, an audit, ongoing monitoring or automatic updates to your documents.

The service calculates scores and findings from your self-reported answers and assembles approved templates around them. A strong score means your answers described strong practices; it does not mean we checked them. The service does not inspect your systems, verify your answers or confirm that controls are implemented.

All documents are drafts for review and adaptation by people with appropriate authority in your organisation. You are responsible for deciding what to adopt and putting it into practice. The pack is general governance material adapted to your answers. It is not legal, financial or professional advice about your organisation's obligations, and it is not certification or a guarantee of compliance, security or any business outcome. If you need advice about a specific legal duty, for example under privacy, health records or employment law, get it from a qualified adviser.

The draft assurance statement is for internal review and is not authorised for external issue. Do not present the pack, its scores or that draft as an independent assurance opinion or certification.

The pack costs A$195 including GST. This is a one-time purchase for one organisation, not a subscription. The total is shown before payment, which is processed through Stripe. Stripe emails you a tax invoice showing the GST amount and our ABN after payment. The free screening does not create an obligation to purchase.

By paying you accept the version of these terms presented at checkout. We record that terms version date with your order, and the version that applied to your purchase is available from us on request.

Payment comes before the detailed questionnaire. We begin generation after payment is confirmed and you submit a complete, valid assessment. A payment redirect alone does not confirm payment; contact us if you are unsure whether a purchase completed rather than paying again.

After you submit the assessment, the service generates the pack and makes it available through a private, authenticated download. Generation usually finishes within a few minutes. We email your purchase address when the pack is ready; the documents are not attached to the email.

If your pack is not available within 24 hours of submitting the assessment, or you cannot download it, contact us with your order reference. We will investigate and fix the problem. If your pack is not available within 24 hours of submission and we cannot fix it, you may choose a full refund or a re-supply. Your Australian Consumer Law rights apply regardless.

Your assessment and pack are retained for 12 months after payment for repeat download, unless you request earlier deletion. Save your own copy. Access recovery uses your purchase email, so keep that mailbox accessible and keep access links private. A full refund ends further download access. Access may be held while a payment dispute or partial refund is reconciled; contact us if this happens.

If we stop offering AI Trust Pack, we will give buyers within their 12-month access period at least 30 days' notice by email so they can download their pack, and will make your pack available through a secure download on request during that notice period. Ending the service does not end your licence to use documents you have downloaded.

You must be authorised to act for the organisation named in the assessment and to provide its information. Give accurate information to the best of your knowledge, review your answers before submission and contact us if you discover an error.

Use role titles instead of personal names when listing business owners. Do not submit client or patient records, passwords, financial documents or sensitive examples. If you do include personal information about another person, you confirm you are permitted to give it to us for this purpose. You retain ownership of the information and materials you provide.

The purchase covers the pack generated from the submitted assessment. Changes to your organisation or AI systems are not automatically reflected in downloaded documents. Contact us about corrections or a further assessment.

Navigator Technology retains ownership of its pre-existing methodologies, scoring framework and templates. With your purchase, the named organisation receives a non-exclusive, perpetual licence to use and adapt its delivered documents for its own internal governance, including replacing our branding with its own when it adopts them. This licence continues after the download-access period ends.

You may share the documents with staff and professional advisers who need them for that purpose. You may not resell, sublicense or distribute the pack as a template product, or use one purchase to supply packs to other organisations. These permissions do not authorise external issue of the draft assurance statement.

Your consumer rights. AI Trust Pack comes with guarantees under the Australian Consumer Law that cannot be excluded, including that it matches its description, is fit for the purpose we describe, and is supplied with due care and skill within a reasonable time. Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts or modifies those guarantees or your remedies for a failure to meet them. If the pack is faulty, does not match its description or is not delivered, contact us. Depending on the problem you may be entitled to a re-supply, a refund or compensation for reasonably foreseeable loss. Downloading or opening the files does not remove those rights, and the download-access period does not limit them.

Change of mind. These rules apply in addition to your consumer rights, and you do not need to give a reason:

• Before you submit the detailed assessment: a full refund on request within 14 days of purchase.
• Not delivered within 24 hours of submission, and we cannot fix it: a full refund or a re-supply, at your choice.
• After the pack has been generated: we consider requests case by case, and a change-of-mind refund is not guaranteed.

How refunds work. Email support@navigatorconsulting.com.au with your purchase email and order reference. We aim to reply within two business days and pay approved refunds to the original payment method within five business days; your bank may take a further five to ten business days to show it. We refund the full amount paid and do not deduct payment processing fees. A full refund ends download access to the pack. Please contact us before raising a dispute with your card issuer, because a dispute holds your access while it is resolved. Do not send card details, passwords or sensitive records.

AI Trust Pack is supplied for business use. To the extent the Australian Consumer Law allows, our liability for a failure to meet a consumer guarantee is limited to supplying the pack again or paying the cost of doing so, whichever we choose. That limit applies only where it is fair and reasonable in the circumstances, as the Australian Consumer Law requires.

Apart from liability that cannot be limited by law, our total liability to you in connection with a purchase is limited to the amount you paid for it, and neither of us is liable to the other for indirect or consequential loss, including loss of profit, business interruption, or loss arising from how your organisation uses AI systems. Nothing in this section limits liability for fraud, or for death or personal injury caused by negligence.

This section does not reduce the express refund and delivery remedies promised in these terms.

The pack does not replace your organisation's own judgement. You are responsible for reviewing the documents, adapting them and deciding what to adopt and implement.

Contact support@navigatorconsulting.com.au for help with payment, access, missing or damaged files, or a suspected error in the generated pack. Include your order reference and a brief description so we can investigate. We aim to reply within two business days, Queensland time.

Product support does not include bespoke policy writing, legal advice, control implementation or a consulting review of your organisation. Those services require a separate scope and agreement. This distinction does not limit our responsibility to resolve problems covered by consumer guarantees.

Our privacy policy explains what we collect, the payment and email providers we use, overseas processing, retention, deletion and optional marketing. The collection notice in the assessment says the same in short form; read it before entering information.

Marketing is optional and is not a condition of purchase. You can request deletion of the assessment and pack, subject to the sale-record and backup retention explained in the privacy policy. Deletion ends download access.

The version of these terms presented for your purchase applies to that purchase. Updated terms apply to later purchases and do not retrospectively remove your existing rights.

These terms are governed by the laws of Queensland, Australia, and each of us submits to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Queensland, subject to any mandatory rights that apply to you. If a problem arises, contact us first so we can try to resolve it. Nothing here prevents you from contacting the Queensland Office of Fair Trading or the Australian Competition and Consumer Commission, or from seeking a remedy from a court or tribunal with jurisdiction.
