AI readiness assessment FAQs
Is this only a cybersecurity review?
No. Security is part of readiness, but the assessment also considers information governance, permissions, ownership, intended use cases, leadership decisions and the practical path to adoption.
Do we need Copilot licences before the assessment?
No. The assessment is most valuable before a broad licence commitment or rollout, while the organisation still has room to address prerequisites and shape its approach.
Will Navigator sell us Microsoft licences?
No. Navigator is an independent advisor, not a software reseller. Recommendations are based on the organisation's needs and existing Microsoft environment.
Can you help implement the recommendations?
Yes. Implementation can be scoped separately across Microsoft 365 governance, Copilot adoption, Power Platform solutions and workflow automation. You can also use the roadmap with your existing provider.
Can larger organisations use the assessment?
Yes. The fixed-price offer is designed for approximately 20–100 employees. Larger, multi-tenant or more complex environments can be scoped around their structure and requirements.
